They dont recover accounts anymore, i lost 2 full donor accs too 
But pls made some ingame changes to make it more fair for non donaters. I think he will also edit the event shop later to make it more balanced. U can also buy event boxes ingame. They include donater items for 7, 15, 30 days. If u are lucky u can get them permanent too

Yea they are no longer recovering accounts and the event box could come with anything in it from any number of days its completely random but costs a lot Pls made the in game pretty fair for non donors and gives you a free event sg and coat as well so its not to bad
