Ban levels 50 and less from it?

This is actually a weird suggestion,I know they are swapping. We can find other way to block the swapping.

It's actually to prevent having noobs into our teams too
Player Wars are randomized teams.
Why would it be fair to ban players who are level 50 if you consider them "noobs".
What is the difference in the level and their level of skill....
