the two textures as much as for man and woman look exactly the same

man or woman " was deployed to increase the PC FPS of low resources
so is it not worth using it if u don't have fps problems?
Ya, If you do not have any FPS or screen lag problems you should not use it
From what i looked at GunZ files, those models are "UNISEX"
