I can't change the action 1, 2, and 3 buttons in the options menu unless its left click. If I leave it as default, my weapons don't stop switching. What's wrong? How do I set up my keys?

You're probably double clicking the boxes when editing.
Go to options, select the box you want to edit by clicking it once.
Then press the key you want to assign as action 1-3.
