Unless it's a problem with my game, I'm not hearing monster sounds in quests. Like Goblin King's "rawr" sounds when attacking.. or those annoying screams/laugh of the mages in dungeon. If it's the server that doesn't have it, are there any planned updates for this?

I think the server doesn't have this sounds,I'll check it.

The sounds aren't in-game for me,so it can't be for everyone.
