I have an idea for this
U can give a task for their position type of it
GM-U can give them the "New Event Idea"
Trial-U can give them the "Hosting the event"
Forum moderator-U can give them the "Task for Replying the reports"
Developer-U can give them the "New Work as task not for using"

I can't say for.
