What's the issue you have been facing: Error Report: Cannot find patch info. Launch crashes up
What have you tried to solve the issue: none, just trying to play since a month and i got with this
ScreenShots:

Extra: new update dont bare with me
Have you tried disabling your firewall / anti-virus or allowing UGG.exe and the launcher through your firewall / anti-virus?
This normally happens when your system deletes files they don't recognize.

& do you mind just answering the following questions:
- have you tried to reinstall the client from the main website?
- what anti-virus do you have (if any)
- do you have teamviewer & are you willing to T.V to try to fix this?

Delete the Config file and try again..
