You can try:
- Restart your computer / modem
- Disble your antivirus
- Enable gunz on firewall
- Update your drivers

What's the issue you have been facing: Lag Icon over head no movement.
What have you tried to solve the issue:
- Restarted my computer / modem.
- Disable the antivirus.
- Enable gunz on firewall.
