What's the issue you have been facing:

The game crashes when I try to enter a room, this happened after an update they did.

These are the steps

1.- I entered the session
2.-I enter my data, connecting
3.-I enter a room, I play
4.- the game is loading, appears the map and the character
5.- accident

Please help.

What have you tried to solve the issue:

Disable antivirus, clean the computer, look in the forum the same problem, search the internet on the problem
