Dear members / staff of UGG,

I used to play this game for a long time, until I quit like 4-5 years ago. Recently, I started playing and enjoying this game again. 
When I first came back, I noticed that my account has been deleted! 

My ingame name was Arts and here is the list of what I remember I had as donor items:
* Pink coat female
* Blue shotgun
* Green shotgun
* Shotgun 3
* Blue sword 
* Elite set
* Event set
* Donor ring x2
* AP and HP meds
* First a blue and then a pink name

Some people might remember me, most probably won't since most of friends quit the game aswell. 

My question to the staff is, is there any possible way to recover my lost donors? Or can I get paid back with some donor coins?
Unfortunately, I cannot provide pictures as a proof of my items, since I have a new computer and my old one is trashed already. I did not save the pictures anywhere else since I never thought I would play this game again.

I hope there is someone that will be able to help me.

All old accounts were deleted. Old database which include accounts and donors are gone. w.e

Unfortunately We dont have acess to the old database, if you wanna play again in our server you need to make a new one.
You have any proofs about the old account?

These photos should cover it all. It includes my [N5]Oxford character, created to play clan wars for Nova. It also includes a picture of me playing on my main account (Arts) with our clan (also including Swallow).
Thanks to our facebook group from Nova I could retrieve some evidence.
