Hello!
Can do late dash without playing with wheel in the keyboards?
My keyboard are:
Reload- Right mouse
Q - Sword
E- weapon1
number 3-weapon 2

Can i do late dash with this keyboard?

Its possible but much easier with defaults settings.

Yes you can but is very slow and hard to learn
