It was the best in my opinion due to how it was done, watching Gon break down and then go berserk to destroying his life basically to kill Pitou was amazing.
However this whole best Anime moment is all down to peoples personal preference.
When Monkey D. Luffy uses '' Gear Fourth '' for the first time against Doflamingo.

This scene is so EPIC!!!
That ain't the best anime moment, not even BNHA best moment, the best moment of that anime is All Might vs Nomu or Deku/Todoroki/Lidya vs Stein
