I have played this game for a long time, for some reason my account is gone and so is all my donor that i had on it.

New owner, new database.
You have to make a new account.

so i dont get to keep any of my old donor i have to pay for more stuff now?

Positive, what @phanta said is the truth.

It is what it is, like 99% of this server needed to re-buy every item only a few lucky people got there items back.
