What's the issue related to your characteromeone just deleted my character and named Jail to another account. so I cant recover my character.. Idk who did it... 
What have you tried to solve the issue: I was trying to know who did it but.. cant

This is the reason why you don't account share people can't be trusted.
Your account your problem admins won't be able to recover your name since you did this to yourself basicly.
