If you're talking about the kick in the clan.
Use the command:
/clan dismiss (Player)

^ it obviously doesn't work as I tried it as well and it gives the same message
Are you trying to kick player without clan rang or just player with superadmin?
If you are super adm, remove the Administrator remove it.
All you need to do is demote the player to member and then kick them from the clan. This worked for me.
