I just downloaded UGG on another PC but when I start game, I get an error message about client dll corruption.
I have 12 dlls  and 5 mrs files.
My firewall/anti virus is off.
It's basically the same problem as this thread: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

Do you have all the files?

Try to install UGG in a new folder, run anti virus scan aswell

I did that, but the error still appears.

check ur Anti virus history 
windows 10 security or other software
auto deleted by anti virus
maybe :/

I checked my anti virus, nothing has been auto deleted. I even put Gunz.exe and launcher as trusted items. :/

are u have teamviewer?

I think you are infected with a virus in your computer and this virus is corrupting UGG client.

Download this file and put it into your Gunz Folder
