Não lembro quando minha conta foi criada, me disseram que eu conseguiria recuperar, entrei no site e não consegui, nem com os personagens nem com e-mail; essa imagem que postei é de 2011

Então, foi recuperada apenas as contas que foram criadas antes de ago/2011.
Depois disso não é possivel recuperar.

Essa conta aí está no período, mas se não der pra verificar tá tranquilo, agradeço desde já.
