As in the subject. thanks to your account recover system I was able to recover an
account with one character. Although at the time I received information that two characters
were recovered. Character named Quby didnt recovered. the second most important thing for me is:
I did not recover my bought items (donation items): definitely blue sword and blue shotgun and coloured name.
an additional blue set from the competition event. I found one old photo with a blue sword
but in your bases you definitely have what I bought on account.
