When you get crashed ? on what screen
Char select screen or where u put your id and pw ? .. lobby ..
try to redownload it might help for ez fix
from ur mlog there is some problem with the settings try to delete settings.xml or redownload
is the launcher website work ?
is this web work?

you also maybe have internet connection problem so after you try to login few times the server crash you to prevent floating.
