The bug is fixed as far as I know I've seen many people upload their emblems just like myself.

Another small detail, perhaps there is a bug where only the clan leader can't see the emblem in game, but everyone else can.

Have you uploaded your clan emblem or not?
It seems like everyone else can upload emblems. Anyways, keep me informed, and if it's the case we'll help you solving this issue.
