I haven't shared your more recent gyazo's with them, but for me I think you will need to collect more evidence. Go through the hundreds of hours of streams and collect more timestamps of altered gameplay that is conclusive please.
I will post proof if you seriously think he was banned from twitch. Take what the other server's 2-3 staff members and I have said about UC with a grain of salt.

I already posted screenshot(s) of him viewboting, it's extremely obvious that he does.
Mostly every single player knows that Underclock produces two hitboxes, and yes it brings an unfair advantage in many different ways then just that.
Speed, easier to aim, medding faster, getting done w/ animations faster. If an administrative team of a private server can't see it for that, and that being unfair to a player that doesn't abuse it, it's just too bad.
I don't need to go through his replays, or anything of the sort.
Anybody can go on youtube, pull up a stream that he's done in the past, slow down the video and you can see that Rein's crosshairs light up when not in the enemies normal or original hitbox.
I've already pointed this out in 4 different Gyazo's, if you can't accept that fact then you're just being ignorant.
