hallo to all staff member can any one help me my problem i create an account and i make character name but some one already in used can you help me to delete that character name i like that character name but i don't have coins to delete that character name please help me i hope you will understand me he already create year 2016 and last log in year 2017 he also lvl 30 he not play can any one help me please

At first, Welcome!! Well, unfortunately you will need to buy an item named "Delete unused Names" on UGG Shop, so yourself will be able to delete the name you want. The item is in the following image.
