Hello i would like to recover my account, the last time I played with it was in 2018, I forgot the ID but I still remember the name of the character and I still have access to my Email accounts.

I actually found the ID, but the recovery email is not getting into my email now. What can I do?

The email server is having problems, I'm contacting Pls to resolve it.
