Good evening, I'm trying to recover my two accounts, I know the ID's of both and also I have the Emails but when I try to recover it on the page, by recieveing the recovery email, it never reaches my mail, I dont recieve any email to recover my accounts. I need help please!

The email server is having problems, I'm contacting Pls to resolve it.
