Esta conta do fórum é uma conta alternativa, e eu já a ativei. Você poderia corrigir esse problema para mim e me devolver o acesso à minha Caixa de Entrada do fórum?
Além disso, estou enfrentando um problema para recuperar minha conta antiga do fórum, de 2019, pois parece que esqueci a senha. Consequentemente, não consigo acessá-la. Por isso, criei esta nova conta do fórum para tentar recuperar o acesso. Você poderia, por gentileza, me ajudar com isso?
Falarei em particular para compartilhar com você o link da conta antiga do fórum. Sua ajuda com esse assunto seria muito apreciada.

This forum account is alt and I am already activated it. Could you fix this problem for me and give me back access to my forum account Inbox ?
Also I'm facing an issue with recovering my old forum account from 2019 as I seem to have forgotten the password. Consequently, I am unable to access it. In response, I created this new forum account to regain access. Could you kindly assist me ? I will talk privately to share with you the link of the old forum account. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
