Hello me have lag sign above my head and cant move :
antivirus all turn off '-'

If you isntalled the server today just restart your computer, i had the same issue and it fixed after i did this.

Take a look at this link, there is a section where it talks about lag. You can try those options.

most of those i've tried, and this one seems like UGG is refusing me to play due to certain program / software .
So i checked my antiviruses and ***** and theyre all turned off '-'
