Hello game gunz a long time, and came back to play this month, the server you. the only problem and my modem's router and when I walk gives agent error, even freeing ports in the modem, otherwise put modem in bridge mode and ping is normal for the problem and that I need to be with open play and change the modem to bridge because after the launcher does not start, it appears "report error: Firewall etc .."

Have you looked upon your firewall settings?
Try calling your providor sometimes they're able to help you with opening specific ports as "7777" for instance.

Yes my firewall is released, including open doors also in it.
