When I tried to quote on that thread, it said that I don't have permission or maybe my account is banned or no verify e-mail.But I have verifying my E-mail and my account isn't banned on the forum

Have you tried the "resend verification code" to your email?
And have you got ahold of the Administration team to see if they need to verify/confirm your account as NOT a bot?

It said : "It appears your account is already activated or does not require email verification."
When i registered I haven't got a message for verify/confirm for something.

Also, have you got ahold of the Administration team to see if they need to verify/confirm your account as NOT a bot?
