What have you done to try to solve the problem?
Attempt to reinstall/redownload UGG - that might do something.

OFC I'M LEADER OF CLAN, i can't kick anyone in Website, and /Clan Dismiss not allowed in GunZ, please Check it, WebSite Can't kick No one!

As @Kllaus mentioned, please provide us with a screenshot of what happens or when you attempt to kick someone from your clan.
