Alguien que me pueda ayudar, descargue el juego, pero no logro ingresar, se queda pegado y luego me pide que cierre la ventana. Como hago para poder jugar???

He said that he downloaded the game but something is wrong, he opended the game but then it freez and then it opends a window telling him to close the game..
