What's the issue you have been facing:
My account seems to be deleted. I played a while ago but had to leave for a long time due to severe personal reasons.
I noticed ugg is international now, so I am not sure if something has changed while I was gone. Can I get my account back?
What have you tried to solve the issue:
Tried logging into the account.
ScreenShots: I have to see if I even have any.

Hello,
We don't recover old accounts and nor do we recover old donations (if you had any in the previous server). All accounts / items from the old server have been lost and we do not have the old data base to retrieve this.
Unfortunately, you will need to create a new account in order to play.
If you have anymore questions, feel free to private message a staff member or make another thread.
