UniverseGamers Team reserves the right to revise, change or expand these rules, in part or as a whole at any time. Any future changes from these rules are applicable immediately even without prior notice. Every person using the forums must adhere to these rules, continued use of the forum constitutes full acceptance to all rules listed below.
Ignorance of these rules shall not be considered as an excuse.

Sticky & Previously Posted Threads
Sticky posts contain helpful or important information. Please check relevant sticky threads and check if someone else has already posted a similar thread, which may already provide the answer you seek. The search function can be very useful for this. Multiple threads with the same subject will be removed.
Useful Thread Titles
If your thread does not have a coherent thread title, it is possible that your thread will be deleted, not replied to, or edited without notice.
Posting in the Correct Place
If a thread is posted in the wrong area of the forum, it may be moved to the correct area at the Moderator’s discretion.
Inappropriate Behavior
Repeated behavior deemed inappropriate by the Community Manager, GMs, or the Moderators may result in your account being suspended/banned from the forums/game. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Anything sexually related or nudity of any kind
Anything related to illegal drugs or substances
Any form of threat, vulgar, racist, homophobic, profane, religious, obscene, or otherwise negative remarks/comments deemed inappropriate by the Moderator.
Flaming: hostile argument or insulting another forum user, or his/her point of view.
Please note that flaming back in response to another user is also a breach of the rules and will be treated as such.
Trolling: Attempts to incite others to anger, or cause frustration or upset; also attempts to incite flaming or ridicule another person.
Misquoting: Changing a person's words in a quote to cause inaccuracy, defame, or to otherwise cause problems.
Discussions about Politics and Religion
As this forum is used by different age groups, cultural, and religious backgrounds, all discussions with political and/or religious content are prohibited.
Impersonation
Pretending to be someone you’re not is considered a malicious act by the UniverseGamers team and will be dealt with accordingly. This includes, but is not restricted to, falsely impersonating an employee of UniverseGamers or another player. In addition, this prohibits one player from using multiple accounts to post multiple times, in a single thread.
Links to Malicious Websites/Content
The publication of damaging or malicious links to websites and/or pages, which contain content that is not allowed within the forum, is also prohibited.
Posting Private Information
Please do not post any personal information on the forums. This includes your e-mail address, instant messenger ID, phone number, or UniverseGamers ID. Doing so greatly increases the chances that your account could be compromised by third parties and as a result any posts containing private contact information will be edited or deleted at the moderator’s discretion.
Publishing files from the UniverseGunZ Client
It is expressly forbidden to publish any files from the UniverseGunZ Client. All the files you need are contained in the installer, or downloaded from the auto-updater. Any links to individual files will be removed, as they may have been maliciously altered.
All Caps
Titles and threads that are in all capitals will be locked, edited, or removed at the Community Manager’s, GM’s or Moderator’s discretion.
Spam
In order to keep the forum junk free; forum users are not allowed to post unwanted, irrelevant, annoying, or repeated messages. Any form of advertising not related to [i]UniverseGamers [/i]is strictly prohibited.
Off topic
Please do not stray from the topic stated within the body of the thread by its creator. Threads that have gone off topic will be edited, split, or locked. Threads posted in the incorrect section of the forum will be moved. Threads that are created with the sole purpose of having no meaning whatsoever will be removed from the forum.
Hijacking
Taking control of another person's post to forward your own agenda will result in having your posts removed from that thread. Repeated hijackings can result in a ban from the forums/game.
Thread Locked/Removal Discussion
Discussing a locked or removed thread is forbidden and any posts found in regards to this will be removed. These threads were locked or moved for a reason. If you would like to discuss why a particular thread was locked or removed, nevermind because you can't.
Moderators
Moderators are volunteers that help manage the forums and game. They are ambassadors of the UniverseGunZ Community who have been chosen for their game knowledge and ability to assist other players. If you have any problem with a moderator's actions, or how forum moderation is carried out.
Bans
Bans will not be discussed openly on the forums for any reason. Any thread or post created for this purpose will be removed without notice.
Upon using this forum, you state that you have read, understand and agree with all of the above mentioned rules and regulations as well as the UniverseGunZ(Launcher) Terms of Service.

Postagens no lugar correto
Se um tópico for postado no lugar incorreto do fórum, ele será movido para a área correta a critério do moderador.
Comportamento Inapropriado
Comportamento repetido considerado inapropriado pelo Gerente da comunidade, GMs, ou pelo moderador ira resultar na sua conta suspensa/banida no fórum/jogo.
Comportamentos inapropriados incluem:
Atitudes ou assuntos relacionado a sexualidade ou nudez de qualquer tipo
Atitudes ou assuntos ligados a substancias ou drogas ilegais
Quaisquer formas de ameaça, racismo, homofobia, profano, religião ou comentários considerados inadequados pelo Moderador.
Brigas: argumentos hostis ou insultando outro usuário do fórum, ou seu o ponto de vista.

Troll: tentativas de incitar outros a raiva ou causar frustração ou irritação; comportamentos que incentive brigas ou ridicularizar outra pessoa.
Misquoting: Mudar as palavras da pessoa quando for responder um tópico no intuito de causar incoerência, difamação ou quaisquer outros problemas.
Discussão sobre politica e religião
Os usuários do fórum são de diferentes idades, culturas, e origens religiosas, todas as dicussões sobre politica e/ou religião são proibidas.
Personificação
Fingir ser outra pessoa que você não é, sera considerado um ato malicioso pela equipe UniverseGamers e será tratado de acordo. Isso inclui, mas não se restringe somente a, falsa personificação de membros da equipe do UniverseGamers ou outro jogador. Além disso, é proibido que um jogador use diversas contas para postar muitas vezes em um único tópico.
Links para sites maliciosos
Publicações de links prejudiciais ou maliciosos de websites ou paginas, que contêm conteúdos ou assuntos ilegais no fórum também são proibidos.
Postar informações privadas
Por favor não poste nenhuma informação privada nos fóruns. Isso inclui endereço de email, mensagens instantâneas, números de telefone ou ID de sua conta UniverseGamers. Isso aumenta consideravelmente as chances de sua conta ser comprometida por terceiros, e, para sua segurança, todas postagens que contenham informações de contato privadas serão excluída ou editadas a critério do moderador.
Publicar arquivos do UniverGunZ client.

Por favor não desvie do assunto declarado no segmento do tópico pelo seu criador. Os tópicos que fugirem do assunto serão editados ou excluídos. Os tópicos publicados na seção incorreta do fórum serão movidos. Os tópicos criados sem nenhum propósitos serão removidos do fórum.
Hijacking.
"Tomar controle" da postagem de outra pessoa para encaminhar suas vontades, resultará em ter sua postagem removida do tópico. Hijacking repetido resultará em ban no fórum/jogo
Discussão de tópicos fechados/deletados.
Discutir sobre um tópico fechado ou deletado é proibido e todas postagens encontradas em relação a isso serão removidos.
Esses tópicos foram movidos ou fechados por algum motivo. Se você gostaria de discutir o motivo por que um tópico específico foi bloqueado ou removido, esqueça, você não pode.
Moderadores.
Moderadores são voluntários que ajudam a gerenciar o fórum e o jogo. Eles são embaixadores da Comunidade UniverseGunz que foram escolhidos pelo seu conhecimento e habilidade para ajudar outros jogadores, e, para caso você tenha algum problema com ações de moderação do fórum ou como ela é realizada.
Bans.
