Hello, i'm [Y]oko, i used to play UGG since 2012, i was lvl 115 before UGG close, now i open my account and i watch that my character [Y]oko is lvl 39
and i haven't my clown hat, please i need help because my brother unatipa was lvl 91 and now when he open his account he still 91. I wanna know why im lvl 39 and i wanna my lvl 115 back please. A lot of people knows [Y]oko and knows that i was lvl 115 when UGG close. PLEASE HELP!! RE: My lvl down - Krustty - 04-18-2017

We don't recover old accounts and nor do we recover old donations (if you had any in the previous server). All accounts / items from the old server have been lost and we do not have the old data base to retrieve this.
