What's the issue you have been facing:
Well, I've just tryed to play this amazing game again.
I've tryed to access my old account but it seems it doesn't exist and I don't know why.
What have you tried to solve the issue:
I've tryed to recover my account by using "recovery account". but it didn't work anyway.
How can I get my old account back again? Thanks.

I've tryed all this!
I had created my account in 2008.
It shows that my account and the e-mail don't exist. I can't undetstand why -.-

As stated above, If your account has been created before 2015 it no longer exists.
This is a new server, the previous UGG has been closed permanently by the former owner including
database with account info/donations.
Unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account seeing the recover period has surpassed over 1 year ago.
