What's the issue related to your account: i didnt play since about a year. Now i want to play again but i dont remember my passwort. I got many donors so i dont want to create a new account. Would be nice if i can get it back
What have you tried to solve the issue: i tried many of my passworts. I also tried to set my passwort back but i cant join my old email adresse beacause it was hacked. I know most of my donors ingame so u can prove that was my account. I also know my lvl.
Please help me to get back my Account.

Your account is not found in the database.
This is a new server, Remade in 2015 of September. The previous UGG has been closed permanently by the former
owner and reopened by @Pls.
The recovery period for accounts has also surpassed. and you will not be able to recover your account.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
To 100% verify if your account exists please provide 2 character names.

I can find my Characters on the Member Ranking search.
I know 2 Character Names of my Account, i can tell u.
