Hi, I downloaded the game today and I have a problem!
Oh there goes the explanation
I downloaded the game today and when I enter a room my character stops and on top of his head is a circle with the word LAG written, I can not move in the game and I would like to know how to solve

Try what @Michou said and if it doesn't work you can try:
-Disable your antivirus
-Enable UGunz in your firewall
-Update your drivers

-Reformat pc and download UGG.
-Don't download any games only UG your games.

I wouldn't have all the trouble of formatting my computer just because of a game. There are other ways to solve this.
