Default;
My Documents > UniverseGamers > Music (Place the music you want to hear in here)
Load up GunZ > Login > Options > Music > Custom.
Done.

Or what I always do is:
Load launcher > when the "launch" button is rdy copy paste your music into the "bgm" folder > rename your music files to InGame1,InGame2,etc. > when your done press launch!
