Clan War Swap - Helios - 10-05-2017

Hello UGunZ community,
 
Due to the uprise and chaos of Clan war swapping.
I am here to introduce a new rule that will be taken into place immediately after posting this thread.
The following Rule will be added/updated to our Terms of Use.
Any clan found obstructing our rules by swapping, whether for self gain/sabotaging purposes will be punished as followed.



18. Joining a clan in order to 'Frame' them of swapping is strictly prohibited. Your HWID and IP Address will be verified.

I. The original clan you are from will be reset.(Not the clan sabotaged)
II. Your account will be temporarily suspended for 7 day(s)
III. Your account will be black listed, prohibiting you from receiving prizes for the remainder of the month.
Side Note: All Forms of punishment listed above will be incurred for 1 time occurrences. There will be no second chance.

19. Swapping in order to obtain a higher rank in your own clan

I. Your clan will be reset.
II. Your account will be temporarily suspended for 7 day(s)
III. Your account will be black listed, prohibiting you from receiving prizes for the remainder of the month.
Side Note: All Forms of punishment listed above will be incurred for 1 time occurrences. There will be no second chance.
 

For those of you who are unaware of what is regarded as swap. Please refer to the following.

The following SWAP Methods are strictly PROHIBITED:

Pros vs Newbies: Setting up a clan war match with players well beneath your caliper of playing style.

Family vs Family: Calling a member from your Ranked Clan to create an alternative clan in order to give you ' free wins'.

Streak Losing: Losing 10+ times vs a ranked clan giving them a point advantage (back-to-back) & Dodging going up against any other clans/ranked clans.

Point Freebie: Creating a clan with the goal of randomly giving any clan you VS free wins. 

Social Media Frenzy: Using platforms off/on the server in order to plot schemes with others in the hopes of deceiving admins by playing Clan War at "grave-yard shifts." 

If you suspect a clan of swapping. Create an organized thread in our REPORT SECTION using the format provided HERE
including all forms of evidence you have obtained.

All Ranked Staff Members will be on the duty for those of you who attempt to bypass our regulations.
Refrain from Swapping in clan war to avoid punishment/complications.

The clan did not receive the penalty of 7 day ban having all of it's members involved in the swap scheme.

Being the second incident where Zimba, Vados & ParkShinHye have been black listed.
They will both receive the penalty of a 2 week ban.

Zimba's HWID/Ip has matched character account Vados.

Stardies will receive the penalty of a 7 day ban.

He deleted the clan ''Teamfly2008'' and his char, but he created other char called Molescule to no one steal. Separate and Molescule has the same IP/HWID, and Molescule was giving streak and free wins to Impaction, Molescule has a char in Impaction called Separate, they are the same person, with almost the same ID.
