Account help - Hates - 12-21-2017
Heya,
recently tried to log back into Universe Gunz without success.
tried multiple times to get my account to work, even through Forgot Password.
Still none, could I get any clarification about this? Had donated hundreds of euro's so that would be kinda screwed if I lost that.

If your account is from the old server, staff cant recover account, because they dont have acess to the old database.

As @Swallow said above, it's a completly new server, with a new owner, new web host (old: universegamers.com / new: universegunz.net) and we no longer have acess to the old database.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we can do.
