however, i have the screenshots of my account and i would like to have it restored with some of the items at least, as i do not have a screenshot of the storage

Hello,
We do not recover old accounts and nor do we recover old donations (if you had any in the previous server). All accounts / items from the old server have been lost and we do not have the old data base to retrieve this.
Unfortunately, you will need to create a new account in order to play.
