Hello, haven't been playing ugunz in a while.
It seems something happend to my account, as far as I remember my UserID was puppet1230.
However the server does not seem to recognize this as an existing userID.
Would it be possible to retreive my character's?

your account is gone bro, old ugg database got wiped out therefore all accounts got lost too.
im sorry for your loose, it is so heart breaking.

I'm sorry, but this is a new server and we do not have the old database of the old server, all had to start from 0 ...
