I will alert the Head Staffs here for you & I will also inform them via Skype to check this thread in order to help you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, they can't tell you the whole email address but they can give you a hint with some censorship (***)- depends on them. Be patient until a Head Staff will take care of this support thread.
