maybe its an idea to make some new montly events like, once in a month clan war and player wars only?

Making the default channel for clan-less players into PW instead of FC would be a start.

maybe each player on the winning team 50/100 donor coins? (i would provide them myself)

I personally like your idea. Let's see whether we share the luck of having owner's acceptance. In my opinion making suggestions is a way to help us improving our server.
