Hi guys, today I tried to recover my old account, which I could recover without problems, only that it says that no donation or event items have been recovered, which I do not understand if I made a donation and bought donated items, I also had articles of Events: Yes, how would you do in this case?

You donated after 17 sep 2011 thats why you have no donator itens. You just take your account back cuz was created before this period.
