i cannot access the game i put the user and password and press connect but it wont access the game i donw know why i thought its a banned can you help me fix the problem maybe the ip adress is banned not the account

use different ip, try using a VPN and see if you can login
your acc is not banned
if you were IP banned, you would receive a different message
