retrieve account - Cyperus - 04-07-2020 Hello Staff of UGG. I am Rowan, i used to play EuroGunZ back in the days it used to have 3k population. Unfortunately i got hacked and my account login remained the same. however i have donated over 150€ euros back in the day which i cannot prove because of the timespan between this. My current UGG login en the old Eurogunz login and password are currently the same however. the hacker(Eurogunz account) somehow got lucky by changing my email. We have no idea why people lost access to their accounts, regardless if they were hacked or not, our rules indicate for emails that are not accessible anymore, a fee is charged, people can lie and just say these reasons even when they simply just forgot the email info. Furthermore, I would be willing to reduce the fee but considering you seem highly unwilling to cooperate with us, then it will remain at 50 euros. Best, Angry |
