Why south americans that spike and use VPN in cw don't get banned?
they float all over the map and you can't hit them
Does that mean I can force lag too without getting banned?

Because this server is awesome!
You can use your favorite cheats, and guess what.
even when you get banned you can pay for unban.

Report them if they are abusing a VPN or are spiking to the point where you cannot hit them.
