Account Recovery Problems - oxilaisem-eg - 04-17-2020
Hello friends!
Today, I've tried to recovery my acc, I've followed the instructions and I got it, but in my account is missing one character, called Jaassy and my Ev Item, Ocean breaker. Could anyone help me?
When I did the account recovery it appeared my 2 characters, but when I logged in just appear one.

Certo podemos enviar a sua ocean, mas o seu char não deve ter sido recuperado pois já existe em outra conta.

Esse char tinha um lvl alto.. mas fazer o que né
Quanto a Ocean, gostaria que enviassem sim, qual procedimento a ser tomado?

Nós enviamos Moedas de Eventos. Entre no site e clique em Event Shop e você pode usá-los lá.
