Getting disconnected - Slime - 06-19-2020

I recently came back to the game and everything was working fine till today, when I formatted my pc. It seems I can only stay on the game for a few seconds, Im usually getting disconnected after 10 secs on entering a room. (i also get disconnected if I do not enter them)

it gives me the "wrong password" error afterwards. The program is allowed on firewall and i have no antiviruses whatsoever.

help pls
