I can't connect to the server - sh0o0o - 09-22-2020 Hi, when I want to log in the server it tries to connect 5 times then it says it can't log in the server. my account is: sh0o0o Any help? Sorry to hear this, here are some suggestions down below to help in your situation. .1 - Enable the UPnP on the router. .2 - Open the following router ports in UDP protocol: 7700 - 7800 .3 - Delete the UGGunz.exe in the Gunz folder and try to run the Launcher using some VPN. This will force an update and maybe fix the issue. .4 - Allow UGG in the Firewall. .5 - Turn off all Anti-Virus / Windows Defender. Let us know if any of these suggestions help.
